Worst Customer Service EVER!!

I purchased a painting deal through Groupon for $149.00 and then paid taxes when I used my Groupon to select my painting. May 9th, 2014 was the date the order was placed on their website.

I sent them an e-mail asking for the status of my order the beginning of July. They responded and said it would be another few weeks. I waited two extra weeks and sent them an e-mail. No response.

I then sent them an e-mail every day for two weeks. No response. I finally contacted Groupon and they got in touch with the seller. The seller promised Groupon they would contact me within three business days.

I waited two weeks and contacted Groupon again advising them I had no contact from Art Network. It is now 4 months and have not ever received any further contact from Art Network other than their first e-mail. Groupon was an upstanding company and gave me a refund of my money (the initial $149). It's in Groupon dollars, but who cares, at least I can now purchase something on their site from an upstanding seller.

Thank you, Groupon. You suck, Art Network Canada!

Yup, same here. It is now Oct 14th, and I can't even access their website. It appears they took everyone's money and ran.

Just a lousy experience. Products paid for and not delivered. Has been over 4 months now and nothing happening. Do not buy from this company!

Not really what else to say..........

Continue to call customer service and even went by their very small office in Woodbridge.

They politely tell you that they are working on the issue. What a joke!

I wish I reviewed them before because I am not the only one!

These people are just *** artists!

Even called the owner Petar who is just a slimy fellow. Wish I had never come across this company. Awful experience! ne

Smudged canvas

I am writing this complaint more than a year after the fact because I just received an email ad about Art Network Canada partnering with Canvas Busters and decided to google them, and found this site. I wish I'd found this site before I bought the TeamBuy groupon for the canvas.

The good thing is, my experience seems to be better than most, as in, I actually got a canvas delivered to me. But that wasn't until I called them after waiting for a while. I was told that the canvas was printed and sitting in a warehouse and never got shipped for some reason.

The canvas that I received had creases all over the frame. They actually had someone come and fix it with a hair dryer. But the canvas also had a blot of smudged paint in one spot. I tried to contact them back multiple times but no reply.

In addition the colour balance of the canvas was pretty off. You can possibly attribute that to me not colour-balancing my photo with their printer profile, but I've never had this problem with other canvases I printed with other companies.

In conclusion, even if you're lucky enough to have a canvas delivered to you, you probably won't be happy with the quality. Stay away from this company.

Do Not Buy/Order ANYTHING from Art Network Canada. Fancy website lures you to pay on-line but does not deliver. Buyer Beware. Will not respond to phone messages or e-mails at all.

I ordered my groupon multi panel painting over 2 months ago and still nothing arrived. The customer service # never gets answered and ALWAYS goes to voicemail...but no one will call back EVER.

Groupon gave me the new Customer Service # 1-34*-474-**** Ext 101 and speak to the owner directly.

Give him a call but don't expect results. This company has the Worst customer service you will ever experience.

I bought coupons from Groupon with one of my Friend from Toronto. He bought 2 coupons for oil paintings and me on for print/canvas. Seriously this company is a really joke. After 5 months, I am still waiting for my products and my friend too (on their website it says : in 4 weeks you will have the products).

Impossible to contact them, email without reply, impossible to have someone on the phone...And I am not the only one in this situation.

Seriously do not buy from this company, they have a new website everymonth, try to scam new customers everymonth.

I placed an order with them & it took 4 months to recieve my order. I thought they may have gotten better so gave them a second chance.

I contacted them three times and never heard back, so I cancelled my order with Groupon.

I will never buy from them or recommend them to anyone. If you want a disappointing experience, buy from them.

I ordered my groupon multi panel painting over 3 months ago and still nothing arrived. I called 6 weeks after the original order was placed,No one answered the phone so emailed them, they replied saying they misplaced the order and they will rush a new one.

They assured me that it will arrive 4 weeks later. When it didnt, i contacted them again, they said it will take another 2 weeks.

It still has not arrived and I tried calling again and they said upper management will get back to me, its been a week and still not a word back! This is complete ***!

If you google alibaba, then within the alibaba site you look up the term "multi-panel oil paintings" you will find the source of Art Network Canada's products. A wonderfully misleading company name when all the oil paintings are bought from China at the price of $2 each, shipping probably less and are then sold here for over $200...

Some are even priced over $2000... Awesome business if you ask me...

I bought a coupon from Groupon. From the day i ordered it, it took 3 months to get my painting.

Their excuse was that the painting was damaged during shipment and that they would rush the next one.

When i received the painting it wasn't exactly like the one that i ordered online but i still loved it and kept it. Even though it takes long to receive, the quality is still great.

This is my 2nd time purchasing art with Art Network Canada via Groupon - my first order last year came with no delay and the painting looks great! My 2nd order was placed 2 months ago and just recently was I informed that it is ready to be picked up.

I know it's a significant delay but these guys aren't a scam and are renovating their new unit in Woodbridge. Their quality is magnificent - well worth the wait.

DO NOT ORDER from ART NETWROK CANADA

I placed an order on Dec 6, 2012 for a custom canvas print.

On their website the following statement can be found in the FAQ's

. How long does it take?

It typically takes 2-4 weeks to produce and ship you the product. We

are often able to send it to you much sooner, however, as volumes

fluctuate throughout the year, we do ask you to observe these guidelines

I sent numerous emails, left voice mails when after 6 weeks my product was still shown as production pending.

Finally after my 10th phone call I actually recieved a real live person to speak to on the phone :)

She stated that they had undergone a total staff revamp and would personally call me back to see if my order had arrived.

I will wait and see if my product arrives, as I don't want a credit on my account to order something else that wont come

Wow, I should have read the reviews sooner. I bought Canvas prints coupons from teambuy, placed my order on Oct, never received my item, till now Dec 12.

Only because I called Teambuy, to get through Artnetworkcanada. After e-mailing Teambuy, I received my canvas prints. The canvases look like ***. Low Contrast, little color, the photos look washed out.

This are high Res. Photos taken with D7000, and F1.4 portrait lens. I keep calling Artnetwork, but no one picks up.

Emails...no reply.

Ordered and Paid August 2012, never received items - it is now April 2013

Bought coupons through Kijiji Daily Deals for 5 paintings. Could not access the website - always froze when tried to place order. Submitted email request for help. They accepted one order via email and debited my credit card in August.

By December I had contacted them 4 times as had not received items. Finally got a live person. She accepted order for 2 more items and said all would be shipped within 4 weeks.

well 4 months later nothing. I am out $800.

Don't buy from Art network Canada in Woodbridge

Just to clarify:

I didn’t buy the paintings from any external web sites but I have always dealt with Petar (owner of the company) and always with him. It was to him I gave my credit card information to pay for the three paintings. So it is to Art Network Canada that I have to ask the refund because they took my money and they did not deliver the 3rd painting. Moreover if Art Network Canada is overwhelmed as they are saying to justify the customer complains that are appearing on the web and they are a professional company they should have returned my calls or answered to my emails to explain the situation instead of disappearing completely as they did.

Better Business Bureau sent in my behalf a formal complain to Art Network Canada asking for refund and they did not answer. If a Company has nothing to hide and considers itself in a right position why doesn’t answer to a so accredited association created to protect Canadian customers from bad vendors?

I don’t understand how people write offensive message without even read carefully the story unless all these messages are coming from the same sources….the company itself….it would explain everything….

I also had a very bad experience with this vendor. I dealt with the owner Peter.

I ordered 3 paintings because of an offer they had last summer. I received the firs 2 after several weeks and I never received the third one. I left several messages on Peter's cell phone and I send several emails. He has disappeared.

He has never got back to me and I lost 245.00 Canadian dollars.

I am going to make a formal complaint with Better Business Bureau and I suggest other people that had a bad experience like me to do so. In this way he may stop to trait consumers in this unprofessional way.

Well that would make sense but the poster above said she had placed her order for 3 but hasn't recieved the 3rd...so if she's placed the order then I think ANC should refund her because its out of groupon or whoever she got it froms hands now?

Purchased a canvas print from them on November 19th, 2012 as a Christmas gift. They took the payment and shipping off my credit card that same night.

As time went on, I sent several emails and left several voice-mails (no one ever answers the 1-888 number on their site). No one has returned my voice-mails or emails to date (January 3, 2013) except for a generic email received late the second week of December guaranteeing that orders placed up until then would be received by December 24th; then another generic one received December 24th (the day they guaranteed delivery by) stating that some orders, likely yours if you were reading it, would not be delivered in time and that you would receive a store credit of $75.00 (which I have also not received). I ended up going out on December 24th scrambling to find a gift for the person I had purchased this for. I demanded a refund via voice-mail and email, but once again got no response and as of today (January 3, 2013) it states my order was shipped with no tracking number or date of shipping.

This company is a fraud.

They take your money but do not provide the service paid for. It does not matter how many times and/or ways you try to contact them, they do not return your calls or emails.

This is not a fraud company! I ordered a few pieces of art through them and everything was great! They had a lot of orders going through at the holiday season therefore there must be some orders that couldn't be completed on time.

You should find better things to do in your life than posting *** on the websites!

They are not a fraud company, nor are they stealing your money. I have received my painting and yes, it was late by 3 weeks but I did receive it.

They are poorly runned but definitely are not a scam.

From the customer service person I talked with, they are a very small business who got overwhelmed with too many orders during the holidays. I also asked them about many people complaining they don't give refunds...which I thought was ***..apparently the reason they don't give refund is because many of the people buy voucher from sites like Groupon and anyone with half a brain would know that you ask for a refund from the place you bought it FROM not FOR...so it seems many people are just very *** and spend all their time trying to get refunds from a place that really can't give it since they never technically bought it from that place...I guess it's too much to ask now a days that people actually research and learn something new rather than waste all their energies on the wrong source

Ordered Print Nov 19/2012 and Never Received It

I purchased 2 coupons for a canvas print and used them both to order 1 large canvas on November 19 2012. it still shows as "production pending" my phone calls and emails are rarely returned although I did get a notice December 23rd that there would be a slight delay of a few more days.

Since then I have been able to contact them by phone once and they said it would ship the next day.

That was about 1 month ago. Now emails and voicemails are not returned and I'm out almost $150 and a very special Christmas present for my parents

Tastygo Voucher for Canvas

Spent $59 to purchase the voucher, $19 on shipping, and order placed on Jan 4 and today is Feb 15. No updates, no shipment, and wouldn't return emails or phone calls. Absolutely unacceptable. Website clearly states shipment within 3-4weeks. Tastygo and other similar companies should really do a better job ensuring the quality of deals they offer.

What I ordered was supposed to be the main canvas for my wedding, which is a month away! Now I don't know if I want to spend money and order another one with a different company or if I want to wait.

Don't waste your time and money.

They also go under the company name: Canvas Made EasyNEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I've had the same problems so many other people have had.

The canvases were not done correctly and look like ***. The quality is cheap and are done incorrectly. They have a generic email response when you send them an email for help, but you will never hear from them. I put in an order at the end of November and I'm still trying to get this fixed and it's now February!

The customer support phone line is a complete joke and waste of time. They say they are going to get someone to help and nothing happens. What a waste of time and money!

Art Network Canada - Ripoff!

Bought 2 Tastygo coupon/vouchers for custom wrapped canvas artwork paid $58 Placed order 2 1/2 months ago and still not delivered. Several attempts to contact Art Network failed.

Called Tastygo for refund, they advised that they had other similar complaints about Art Network Canada, however since I did not request a refund within 30 days of purchase they would not refund my purchase instead they offered a credit to my account for future purchases. What if I don't want something else? Wait and hope - the credit does not expire.

What a lame way to treat a customer.... How would I know that I was not going to receive my order within the 30 day refund deadline.

Fraud Company took money, no product

Received the canvas in January, it's terrible quality, the teeth of the people in it are blue from ink that ran as are their necks. I have still not heard anything back from them even after more attempts to reach them via telephone (leaving messages) and emails, although, I did see they posted another groupon deal...absolutely disgusting!!!!

I also paid this company for something I have never received and I want to make a formal complaint. I will go with Ministry of Consumers Services or Better Business Bureau.

They both offer free services to consumers. Good luck with your complaint!

MISSING ORDERS, HALF SHIPPED, HELD AT FEDEX LOCATION(AS PER VENDOR) FOR 3 WEEKS. RE-ORDERED DUE TO DAMAGE IN TRANSPORT WHICH ADDED ANOTHER MONTH TO ARRIVE.

STILL MISSING GIFT VOUCHER AS PER THE DEAL... VENDOR SAYS THEY HAVE ISSUE IN THEIR SYSTEM.. IF NOT RESOLVED PROVIDE CREDIT TO ACCOUNT... WHICH IS ALSO NOT DONE YET.... WAITING FOR OVER 3 WEEKS... I THINK WILL COME AFTER YEARS!!!

TRY AND CALL THEM, IT WILL GO TO VOICEMAIL... AND NO RETURNED CALL... KNOWS JUST TO TALK BIG, NOT WORK IN WAY HE TALKS..

I am also waiting for a canvas I ordered several months ago'. Petar the owner never returned my calls or answered to my emails.

I asked several times after the payment to receive an invoice but he never did. I lost money and time I feel frustrated....someone suggestedme to write a complaint letter trought Ministry of consumers services or Better business bureau which offer free service to consumers.

Don't buy there big words but bad service and bad products!!!!!!

I was screwed by Art Network as well. They only shipped 1 of my 2 paintings and wont return emails, voice mails or online service calls to rectify the issue.

Been over 3 months and several complaints without any response. AVOID ART NETWORK and save yourself the headache.

Inferior product anyway. Looks good online but terrible quality and service.

I have also had difficulties with this company as well. I have received my canvases but it was almost 2 months after I originally ordered.

I have managed to get a hold of the customer service department a few times and have been told only two people work there. When I went to pick up my canvas there were only two customer service people and a few people in the back who packaged up my canvases.

The customer service department gave me the impression that their superiors are the problem and that they themselves are left out to the sharks to defend for themselves from the hoards of unsatisfied customers. They are severely under staffed and it seems like the management does not seem to even care about their own employees enough to help them out through the false promises of the management.
